Thomas Mullin  MD

Dr. Mullin is a board certified Sports Medicine physician. Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Mullin completed his training in Sports Medicine at Duke University where he provided care for the Duke University and Elon University athletes. He is currently the team physician for Mora High School, Pine City High School, Hinckley High School, Ogilvie High School, East Central High School, and Rush City High School.

Dr. Mullin specializes in non-surgical care for all musculoskeletal conditions. He enjoys seeing a wide variety of conditions and sees patients of all ages and musculoskeletal complaints. To date he has performed over 1,500 ultrasound guided injections and ultrasound guided procedures for arthritis, joint pain, and chronic tendon pain. Dr. Mullin performs the Tenex procedure which is a minimally invasive technique used to treat chronic tendon pain and plantar fasciitis (see the link below for more information on this procedure). He also has extensive training and experience in sports-related concussion and head injuries and uses ImPACT Testing in clinic when appropriate.

Dr. Mullin’s patients have experienced positive results and relief from pain because he continues to stay current with the most up to date diagnostic tests and minimally invasive treatments.

In his free time, Dr. Mullin enjoys being outside with his family, playing golf, riding motorcycles, hunting, and fishing.
