Joanne Rogin  MD

Dr. Rogin is a neurologist who specializes in aphasia and higher cortical functions, electroencephalography, electromyography and epilepsy.

She treats patients at FirstLight Health System in Mora and the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology as well as being Clinical Professor of Neurology at University of Minnesota Hospitals and Medical Director for Midwest Center for Seizure Disorders in Golden Valley.

Dr. Rogin is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and the American Board of Qualifications in Electroencephalography. She is also on the Professional Advisory Board for the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota.

Originally from St. Louis Park, Dr. Rogin earned her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Minnesota. She completed her residency at University of Minnesota’s Department of Neurology.

Dr. Rogin received additional fellowship training in electroencephalography and clinical neurophysiology at the University of Minnesota, and in aphasia and higher cortical functions at Hennepin County Medical Center.
