Are You at Risk for Type 2 Diabetes?

There’s a simple way to find out.  The American Diabetes Association has developed a simple risk quiz. By answering just seven simple health questions, you’ll know if you are at risk.

Remember, only your doctor can tell for sure if you do have pre-diabetes or type 2. Talk to your doctor to see if additional testing is needed.

The good news is you can manage your risk for type 2 diabetes. Small steps make a big difference in helping you live a longer, healthier life.
