Women’s Health Preventive Care Checklist #1

Menstrual and Childbearing Years
(Teens and women in their 20s and 30s)
As a young woman, you’ve got goals and aspirations. You may also have questions and concerns ranging from cramps, heavy periods, STDs, birth control, sex, acne, nutrition, weight, and self-esteem issues to infertility, family planning, pre-natal care, high-risk pregnancies, and breastfeeding.

Don’t worry. There is no question off limits when you meet with a FirstLight Women’s Health provider. Each is prepared to guide you, helping you understand all the physical and emotional changes at this stage in your life. There’s no better time to be proactive and prepared.

Please review the two checklists below.  The first is a standard preventive care checklist for all women.  The second is a checklist for teens and women in their 20s and 30s.  Be sure to note any questions or concerns you may have, make an appointment, and discuss them with your women’s health provider.

FirstLight’s dedicated physicians, OB/GYNs, and nurse practitioners are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality health care.
