Ages 1-4 early childhood annual wellness check-ups

Annual Early Childhood wellness check-ups

Child wellness at every age- early childhood, ages 1-4

At FirstLight, we’ll be with you through every important first in your child’s life.

Before you know it, your baby has turned one and is becoming busier than ever! And soon your toddler will be a preschooler and you’ll notice even more intellectual, social and emotional changes in your child.

At FirstLight, we want every child to have a healthy start and bright future. Our Family Medicine team’s goal is to partner with you in parenting. Reading, talking and singing with your little one for at least 30 minutes a day is crucial in helping brain development. Practices like these will contribute greatly to your child’s long-term health and success in school and in life.

Your child’s (ages 1-4 years) check-up schedule:
  • 1 yr (12 mos)
  • 15 months
  • 18 months
  • 2 yrs (24 mos)
  • 2.5 yrs (30 mos)

At Every Appointment:

You will receive important information from your provider about your child’s physical and emotional health. Remember to ask questions and discuss concerns with the provider. Your child will be given a complete head-to-toe physical exam, as well as preventative screenings and immunizations as needed.
