Our friendly staff at FirstLight Health System Pharmacy takes pride in improving patient care in our community. We work closely with your provider to manage your medications and help you meet your healthy living goals. As trusted members of the community, we are able to help answer your medications and health care questions. We fill prescriptions from any provider, including from providers outside of the FirstLight Health System.

In addition to filling prescriptions, we are able to offer a variety of services for our patients:

Immunizations:

  • Influenza (flu shot)Pneumovax/Prevnar (pneumococcal shots)
  • Tetanus/diphtheria/Pertussis (tetanus and whooping cough)
  • Zostavax (shingles shot)

Medication Therapy Management:

  • Schedule a one-on-one session with a pharmacist to review of all of your medications (prescription, over-the-counter, herbal) to ensure they are necessary, effective, safe and convenient.

Medication Synchronization Program:

  • Coordinate all your medications to be filled at the same time each month (or every 3 months if your insurance allows).

How do I transfer my prescriptions to your pharmacy?
  • Call us or stop in with your prescriptions or bottles, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you accept my insurance plan?
  • We accept ALL commercial insurance, Minnesota Medicaid and Medicare D plans.
I don’t see a FirstLight provider; can I still get my prescription filled at your pharmacy?
  • Yes, we accept prescriptions from any provider.
How can I refill my prescription?
Do you sell over-the-counter medications or other specialty items?
  • We do have a selection of many over-the-counter items that are competitively priced. We can order many items for the next business day if for some reason we don’t have what you are looking for.
What do I do with my unused or expired prescriptions or over-the-counter medications?
How do I dispose of my syringe needles?
  • Proper disposal of used syringes is important to avoid discarded needles on streets, playgrounds, parks and parking lots
  • We have commercial sharps disposal containers are available for sale at our pharmacy
